Kalamari Tiganito (serves 4)

  • 4 large calamari or 8 baby calamari
  • Plain white flour
  • Sunflower oil
  1. Wash and clean the calamari, then cut into rings and dry with kitchen roll.
  2. Cover with flour. Place the pieces into a sieve and shake to get of any access flour
  3. Heat 3cm of sunflower oil in a wok or deep frying pan until golden and then place on kitchen roll before serving.
